The MBA for recent graduates that “connects” business, technology and applied artificial intelligence

The DMBA is the master’s program in digital business and artificial intelligence designed for young professionals who want to move from university to the business world with real impact from day one. A practical, employability-focused program that connects business, technology and applied AI to train profiles capable of executing, adapting and adding value in leading organizations.

From theory to the “Digital Product Maker”

In the DMBA, you don’t just learn tools: you learn how to build. Through the use of technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n or Python, you become a Digital Product Maker, capable of designing, automating and developing digital solutions for real business problems. The focus is on moving from knowledge to execution: researching, prototyping, automating and creating products that demonstrate impact.

Backbone Project: learn by building a real project

The Backbone Project is the core of the DMBA. From day one, you will work on the digitalization of a real company, connecting each module of the program with business, marketing, technology, analytics and leadership, with direct application to the project. You will work with agile methodologies, sprints, continuous feedback from active professionals and presentations before an external jury. The result is not just learning: it is a real project that becomes part of your professional portfolio.

“Digital MBA”: digital business, AI and applied technology

A digital MBA designed to train profiles capable of leading companies, products and teams in an environment dominated by applied artificial intelligence, business automation and digital transformation, developing key skills in AI for business, digital leadership and digital business.

6 ECTS

Design solid and profitable business strategies in AI-driven digital environments. Develop strategic vision, critical thinking and innovation frameworks to maximize results and adapt to market changes.

Contents:

  • New work and innovation methodologies applied to today’s business context.
  • Mastery of agile frameworks such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban, and tools such as Business Model Canvas and Lean Startup.
  • Application of Design Thinking and development of user-centered value propositions.
  • Introduction to the digital ecosystem and understanding of the new consumer.
  • UX/UI fundamentals for the conceptualization of digital products.
  • Leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Practical workshop on Figma, UX and UI to design user-centered digital experiences.

9 ECTS

Gain a global understanding of how companies operate in the digital era and master the key pillars of a traditional MBA —strategy, finance, operations and business models— adapted to today’s technological context.

  • Fundamentals of digital business: strategy, digital economy, business models, operations and change management.
  • Evaluation of cost efficiency and process optimization to maximize profitability in digital environments.
  • Introduction to financial analysis and investment criteria applied to startups, digital businesses and emerging assets such as cryptocurrencies.

Explore the technological foundations that support the digital economy and acquire a strategic understanding of how to apply them to transform businesses, processes and operating models.

  • Understanding of internet architecture and the main emerging technology ecosystems.
  • Introduction to Technology & DevOps, Cloud Computing and principles of technology strategy applied to business.
  • Use of data and automation for more efficient decision-making.
  • Mastery of generative, predictive and agentic AI applied to real business environments.
  • Analysis of AI regulatory frameworks and their impact on business decision-making.
  • Exploration of key technologies such as Blockchain, NFTs, No-Code, Cybersecurity, Web3 and the Metaverse.

  • Practical workshop on building a website in WordPress, creating your own AI Agent connected to real tools, and Python workshop.

Design and execute digital marketing and business strategies with a focus on results. Learn to combine creativity, data, technology and automation to attract, convert and retain customers in digital environments.

  • Digital marketing strategy: positioning, advertising, branding and commercial communication.
  • Social Media, marketplaces and digital content, both organic and paid.
  • Digital advertising and performance: Social Ads, SEO/SEM, conversion campaigns and CRO —Conversion Rate Optimization—.
  • E-commerce and conversion funnel: acquisition, activation, retention and customer journey optimization.
  • Data-driven marketing: Digital Analytics, Behavioral Economics, Growth Hacking and KPI-based decision-making.
  • Martech stack and automation: CRM, marketing automation, omnichannel strategy and Customer Experience.
  • AI applied to marketing: automation of sales, payments, logistics and campaign personalization.
  • Workshop on creating images and videos with AI, applied to marketing, product and digital content.

Develop AI agents, automations and tools applied to business, marketing, research and productivity to multiply your execution capacity in digital environments.

9 ECTS

A cross-disciplinary master’s project in which you will design the digital transformation strategy of a real company, working in high-performance teams. You will apply agile methodologies, generative AI tools and all the knowledge acquired throughout the program to solve complex business challenges.

You will create new business, talent and operating models, and define culture, purpose and principles aligned with the future of the organization. The result: a viable roadmap and a practical methodology applicable to any company.

  • Transformation plan and future vision: definition of the target scenario.
  • Identification and prioritization of initiatives: analysis of opportunities based on impact and feasibility.
  • Quick Win: design of a proof of value as the first step in the transformation.
  • Product or service development: design and validation of the solution linked to the Quick Win.
  • Go-To-Market strategy: launch planning and market positioning.
  • Marketing plan: definition of channels, messages and key actions.
  • Scaling and impact strategy: analysis of how to extend the initiative to the rest of the organization, measuring its impact across five pillars: Product, Finance, Technology, Operations and Organization.

The DMBA is designed for recent graduates or profiles with limited work experience. For this reason, ISDI’s Talent and Career Services team will support you throughout the job placement process, offering you professional internship opportunities or access to job offers adapted to your profile, interests and professional goals.

In collaboration with Real Colegio Complutense, ISDI holds the Harvard immersion and digital transformation week every June. It is an inspiring and unique intellectual experience for those who wish to expand and share their disruptive and transformational thinking.

This seminar is optional and is not included in the price of the master’s program.

ADMISSION TO THE DIGITAL MBA

Access the program that will change your future

The admission requirements are to hold an undergraduate degree or have at least 3 years of accredited professional experience in the program’s area of knowledge, and to successfully complete the following admissions process.

Formulario

The first step to begin the admissions process is to complete the form with the requested information. As soon as possible, the Admissions team will contact you to answer any questions you may have. The selection of students for ISDI programs is crucial, and the Admissions Department will guide you throughout the process.

Asesoramiento personal

After reviewing your CV or LinkedIn profile, we will invite you to an in-person meeting with us, where you will receive personalized guidance from our Admissions Manager. In this first meeting, we will understand your professional situation and your goals after completing the program. We will answer all your questions about the program content, learning methodology, your future classmates and financing options. At ISDI, you will have the opportunity to discover our facilities, the Work Space available to students, the program team and our ISDIness culture and essence. We will also invite you to an upcoming Info Session, Open Day or event.

Before presenting your report to the Admissions Committee, and in order to validate your profile, we will need you to send us the following information:

  • One-page motivation letter
  • Professional recommendation letter
  • Updated CV or LinkedIn profile
  • Official transcript of your university studies
  • ID card or passport
  • Employment history certificate

Entrevista

Once your questions have been answered, we will arrange an admissions interview with a member of the Admissions Committee. We look forward to getting to know your academic and professional profile better, as well as your personality and values. The interview is an essential requirement in the process.

The members of the Admissions Committee will assess your application together with the feedback from the person who met you. In some cases, a second admissions interview may be required. Afterwards, within approximately 2 days, we will inform you of the outcome of the process.

If the decision is positive, we will explain how to make the payment for your seat reservation and enroll in the program. At that point, you will already be part of the ISDI Ecosystem. ISDI’s Digital MBA is born from the digital reality of today’s business world. It is not a classic MBA with a “digital layer” added to it, but a program designed from scratch to train leaders capable of making decisions in technological, data-driven and constantly changing environments.
