MIB

MIB

The leading <Executive Master’s> programme for leading digital business in the age of artificial intelligence

What is the MIB?

The MBA in Digital Business and Artificial Intelligence, which sets the professional benchmark for <leading the AI era>

The MIB is ISDI’s flagship programme: the most transformative, comprehensive and demanding master’s degree for those who want to lead businesses in the digital age.

The MIB trains professionals to think, design and implement end-to-end digital business solutions, with a 360° view of key business areas and the effective integration of artificial intelligence into decision-making.

A Master’s programme designed to bring about real change

Since 2009, the MIB has been a pioneer in training digital leaders. Today, it is evolving towards a model in which artificial intelligence is not merely a supplement, but an integrated component across the entire learning process.Over the course of nine months, students undertake an intensive programme that combines strategy, technology, data, marketing, product development, UX, leadership and digital transformation, all linked together through real-world projects.

Applied AI, real business and implementation

Artificial intelligence is used as a tangible competitive advantage. Each student creates and trains their own AI agent, integrating it into problem-solving, decision-making and the development of business solutions. It is not just about learning tools, but about learning to build with them.

Learning by doing, leading by example

The MIB’s methodology is based on the real-world transformation of a business. Students do not simply study theory: they observe, design and implement the digital transformation of a real company, supported by mentors and practising professionals. The programme brings together more than 100 experts from leading companies such as Google, BBVA, Deloitte and KPMG, who bring the realities of the market and its current challenges into the classroom.

The learning experience

The MIB is not a course; it is an <experience>

El modelo formativo de ISDI sitúa la experiencia práctica en el centro del MIB, con un enfoque basado en proyectos reales y en la evaluación continua del progreso y la toma de decisiones.

Discovery Classes

At ISDI, learning is based on practical experience. The MIB programme combines dynamic sessions and hands-on workshops, where generative artificial intelligence forms part of the day-to-day work to solve real-world challenges as a team. A key distinguishing feature is that each student designs and uses their own Artificial Intelligence Agent, applying it to their learning, their Core Project and the definition of their professional development.

Flagship project

The Troncal Project is the framework around which the practical application of artificial intelligence, data and technology within an existing company is organised, from strategy through to implementation. This programme, guided by expert mentors, translates decision-making and organisational transformation into real-world contexts with a tangible impact.

Harvard

The MIB experience is enhanced by the Harvard Digital Immersion Seminar (ISDT), an intensive 40-hour course taught in English within an internationally renowned academic setting. It is a forum where leading digital experts explore business innovation, technology and leadership in global contexts, following the ISDI training model.

Career opportunities at the MIB

Choose <MIB>, choose your future

Become a hybrid professional: a digital strategist and AI expert. Companies are looking for leaders who combine business acumen with technical skills. That professional is you.

Leading digital transformation and driving the use of AI are key aspects of this role. In this role, you’ll connect business, processes and people, and, thanks to the MIB, you’ll apply data, automation and technology to drive sustainable change within the organisation.
Behind every solid digital roadmap, there is usually a digital strategy project consultant. You analyse the context, identify opportunities, structure initiatives, and, using the MIB tools, translate business challenges into viable, prioritised projects.
The role of Digital Product Manager sits at the intersection of business, users and technology. From this position, you define the value proposition, prioritise features and, drawing on what you learnt on the MIB programme, coordinate teams and make data-driven decisions.
Designing memorable customer experiences requires an understanding of customers’ expectations, emotions and pain points. The Customer Experience Expert uses data, research and automation to map customer journeys, personalise interactions and, with the MIB’s practical approach, improve conversion rates and customer loyalty.
05 Head of Digital Marketing
When efficiency and scale matter, the Leader in Process Automation with AI Agents comes into its own. It identifies repetitive tasks, designs agents, integrates tools and, using the MIB methodology, transforms manual processes into agile and measurable operations.
The Business Intelligence Manager transforms scattered data into clear, actionable information. They define models, create dashboards and, drawing on the analytical training provided by the MIB, help senior management to anticipate trends, identify risks and make informed decisions.
The E-Commerce Manager’s role is to manage a competitive online sales channel. They oversee the product catalogue, promotions, the shopping experience and logistics, and, using the MIB’s practical approach, work with data to increase traffic, conversion rates, customer retention and profitability.
The Director of Corporate Innovation drives new lines of business, products and models within the organisation. They design the innovation agenda, coordinate pilot projects, foster collaboration between departments and, using the MIB’s strategic tools, foster a culture focused on learning and experimentation.
