Tras numerosas entrevistas, un peque\u00f1o porcentaje de los entrevistados acaba siendo contratado. Hacen un filtro muy pormenorizado, en el que comienzan por llamar a gente que cuente al menos con un master o doctorado.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, aunque para ellos la experiencia es necesaria, una de las caracter\u00edsticas principales que buscan es la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n. En el mundo digital en el que nos encontramos, los cambios no dejan de llegar y traernos novedades y nuevas tecnolog\u00edas con las que trabajar. Google busca talentos que puedan gestionar este tipo de cambios.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez traspasas el umbral, las diferencias en el trato del capital humano contrasta con la de otras empresas.<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, la empresa busca <strong>incentivar la motivaci\u00f3n personal<\/strong>. Est\u00e1 muy mal entendido, creer que a trav\u00e9s de un sueldo elevado un empleado va a mantenerse contento siempre, y va a crecer en \u00e9l un profundo sentimiento de pertenencia a la empresa. \u00bfY si otra empresa le ofrece m\u00e1s dinero o incluso un sueldo similar por un trabajo m\u00e1s estimulante? La respuesta nunca podr\u00e1 ser del 100%, pero est\u00e1 demostrado que un alto porcentaje de personas elegir\u00e1n el otro trabajo sin mirar atr\u00e1s. Est\u00e1n buscando \u201csentirse realizados profesionalmente\u201d o \u201ccambiar de aires\u201d o incluso \u201cun trabajo m\u00e1s flexible que valore su tiempo de ocio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La respuesta a estos reclamos la encontr\u00f3 Google en su <strong>modelo de gesti\u00f3n de Capital Humano.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comenzando por la motivaci\u00f3n personal, la empresa insta a sus trabajadores a utilizar un <strong>20% de su tiempo laboral en un proyecto propia elecci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Tambi\u00e9n se incentiva y da libertad para que aporten mejoras en los proyectos que se est\u00e9n realizando. Valorar y aprovechar las habilidades y conocimientos de la plantilla no solo ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar la productividad de estos sino, que tambi\u00e9n alimentar\u00e1 su sentimiento de pertenencia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Google siempre ha destacado por su pol\u00edtica de empresa y la formula de trabajo de sus oficinas.
