{"id":19667,"date":"2020-12-04T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-04T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.isdi.education\/mx\/arquetipos-de-empresas-que-invierten-en-martech\/"},"modified":"2020-12-04T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T00:00:00","slug":"arquetipos-de-empresas-que-invierten-en-martech","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.isdi.education\/mx\/blog\/arquetipos-de-empresas-que-invierten-en-martech","title":{"rendered":"Los 4 arquetipos de empresas que invierten en MarTech"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"07M-wysiwyg-1\" class=\"07M-wysiwyg anchor--link \" data-anchor-content>\n<section class=\"wysiwyg mb-xl\">\n<div class=\"wrapper wrapper--small\">\n<p class=\"t-small mb-xs\">\n<div class=\"wysiwyg__content\">\n<div>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Por Mauricio Cabrera<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">En tiempos de relaciones humanas, la tendencia es la tecnolog\u00eda y el modo en que \u00e9sta en intersecci\u00f3n con el marketing puede contribuir a que una empresa sea capaz de entender cada uno de los pasos que requiere para atraer, convertir y consolidar su relaci\u00f3n con los clientes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Aunque la presencia de tecnolog\u00eda es ya una constante en las grandes empresas, un estudio realizado por Gartner revela que solo un 18% de las marcas ha alcanzado un nivel de aprovechamiento extraordinario de los recursos con los que cuenta en materia de <strong>MarTech<\/strong> (marketing + tecnolog\u00eda).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Se apunta en ese mismo an\u00e1lisis, que la sola presencia de tecnolog\u00eda al interior de los equipos de marketing no garantiza que los resultados vayan a ir a la alza, incluso refiere que son numerosos los casos en los que una mayor inversi\u00f3n en herramientas de <strong>MarTech<\/strong> no termina teniendo una correlaci\u00f3n con los resultados, es decir, que se puede invertir mucho en tecnolog\u00eda y si se carece del conocimiento necesario para extraer el mayor provecho, los resultados pueden ser desalentadores.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Para efectos de que se entienda el modo en que las empresas utilizan las distintas suites de <strong>MarTech<\/strong>, podemos hablar, seg\u00fan este estudio, de cuatro grandes arquetipos:\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>1. Astr\u00f3nomos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Empresas enfocadas en la producci\u00f3n de insights mediante el empleo de soluciones anal\u00edticas que permitan descifrar el comportamiento del cliente para entonces pensar en desarrollar esquemas de personalizaci\u00f3n lo suficientemente poderosos como para que resulten clave en la retenci\u00f3n de clientes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>2. Guardianes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">La tecnolog\u00eda es utilizada principalmente para almacenar datos de los clientes que contribuyan de forma recurrente a la estrategia omnicanal que se ofrece a los clientes<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>3. Magos publicitarios<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Emplean tecnolog\u00eda de punta para generar estrategias program\u00e1ticas avanzadas y de publicidad en video.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>4. Creadores de contenido<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Este arquetipo que amenaza con crecer durante el 2021 dado que las marcas empiezan a trabajar en construir sus propias audiencias, refiere al tipo de empresas que invierten en plataformas de content marketing y en plataformas gestoras de recursos digitales para poder distribuir sus historias y terminar desarrollando su audiencia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 caracteriza a una empresa Genius?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Para responder a esta preguntale vale comenzar diciendo que Gartner separ\u00f3 a las empresas que formaron parte de su estudio en 5:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Genius<\/strong> (de capacidades tan destacadas que su aplicaci\u00f3n de MarTech les genera diferenciaci\u00f3n frente a competidores)<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Gifted <\/strong>(empresas que est\u00e1n innovando a trav\u00e9s de distintas plataformas)<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Average<\/strong> (promedio, predecibles en sus estrategias)<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Challenged<\/strong> (uso limitado e inconsistente de plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas)<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>Feeble<\/strong> (la inversi\u00f3n no est\u00e1 acorde a la oportunidad que representa\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">En lo que respecta a las empresas Genius, \u00e9stas invierten cantidades significativas de sus presupuestos en la adquisici\u00f3n de plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas, sobre todo en aquellas que tienen que ver con la generaci\u00f3n de data, con la capacidad de encontrar insights y a partir del resultado de aquello activar las oportunidades que se generen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Para liderar la revoluci\u00f3n del <strong>MarTech<\/strong>, <strong>ISDI<\/strong> cuenta tanto en M\u00e9xico como en Espa\u00f1a con el <strong>MMA<\/strong>, una
