Surgieron nuevas necesidades de negocio y por ende nuevas profesiones, por ello los departamentos de recursos humanos, b\u00fasqueda, captaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n de talento de las organizaciones tambi\u00e9n se deben dar a la tarea de evolucionar.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el estudio de Talent Trends de RRHH Randstad estas son algunas de las tendencias que influenciar\u00e1n el panorama de los Recursos Humanos a nivel internacional durante el <strong>2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El informe realizado entre m\u00e1s de 800 directivos y responsables en 17 pa\u00edses, arroj\u00f3 que la actual estrategia de b\u00fasqueda de talento mantiene exigencias pre-pandemia como la flexibilidad de los perfiles profesionales, su adaptaci\u00f3n a las nuevas tendencias y sobre todo, el impacto de la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>El talento digital representar\u00e1 el 80% de la fuerza laboral entre 2021 y 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Este error apunta a que deber\u00e1n enfocarse en buscar perfiles con excelentes habilidades de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas, empat\u00eda y capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n, competencias que se encuentran actualmente entre las m\u00e1s valoradas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero adem\u00e1s, deber\u00e1n poner especial \u00e9nfasis en encontrar y reclutar talento capacitado con las <strong>nuevas herramientas y skills digitales que la nueva realidad de los negocios est\u00e1 demandando a gritos en todas las industrias sin excepci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este nuevo concepto de talento relacionado con la digitalizaci\u00f3n y la incorporaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda a los procesos empresariales, representar\u00e1 hasta un 80% de la fuerza laboral imprescindible en las organizaciones de cara a 2021 y hasta 2024.<\/p>\n<p>El reporte informa que el 64% de los responsables de RR.HH. ya est\u00e1n invirtiendo significativa o moderadamente en capacidades de an\u00e1lisis y skills digitales. El 81% consider\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis como algo fundamental en su capacidad de adquirir talento, una percepci\u00f3n que ha estado aumentando constantemente desde 2016.<\/p>\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3n de <strong>Big Data y el an\u00e1lisis de datos<\/strong>, as\u00ed como su incorporaci\u00f3n para la estrategizaci\u00f3n y toma de decisiones m\u00e1s inteligentes para los negocios, ha crecido en 2020 un 68%. Se espera que en 2021 esto pueda llegar hasta un 85% en la demanda generalizada.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior debido a que los expertos afirman que las organizaciones que prioricen sus estrategias de datos estar\u00e1n mejor posicionadas para comprender c\u00f3mo clasificar los da\u00f1os e identificar las oportunidades de crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El reskilling y el upskilling <\/strong>ser\u00e1n dos factores fundamentales que las empresas y los responsables de los departamentos de cultura organizacional y Recursos Humanos deber\u00e1n tener como una de sus mayores prioridades para el a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p>Se estima que no dotar con herramientas de reskilling y upskilling podr\u00eda afectar a m\u00e1s del 43% de las organizaciones y negocios de manera considerable y hasta definitiva.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los principales problemas que los expertos en recursos humanos, recruitment y capacitaci\u00f3n de talento de las empresas enfrentan, es que ellos mismos <strong>no tienen los conocimientos y herramientas <\/strong>para poder identificar los perfiles necesarios y las nuevas necesidades fundamentales de los equipos de trabajo en las organizaciones para las que trabajan.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, una formaci\u00f3n como el<strong> DTES<\/strong> de ISDI es una herramienta clave para que adquieran de manera hol\u00edstica la visi\u00f3n, estrategia y metodolog\u00edas para gestionar la adaptaci\u00f3n del talento, cultura y organizaci\u00f3n de una empresa en el mundo digital, ayudando a la digitalizaci\u00f3n del negocio.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQuieres saber m\u00e1s?
