Ambas con episodios que han cimbrado gobiernos y que han terminado por provocar un replanteamiento constante de empresas e incluso de individuos respecto al modo en que durante a\u00f1os han actuado en dichos rubros.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">En este contexto, el asesinato de George Floyd a manos de un agente policial se convirti\u00f3 en el m\u00e1ximo emblema de una batalla por la igualdad racial que no pas\u00f3 desapercibida por empresas que entendieron que la <strong>necesidad de transformar su cultura organizacional <\/strong>era inminente y que conservar esos nuevos valores y principios se convertir\u00eda en un objetivo tan estrat\u00e9gico que tendr\u00eda incluso que ser medido para evitar que esos fundamentos se extraviaran en el tiempo.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">A ese respecto, la revista Fortune ha decidido aliarse con Refinitiv, plataforma que mide<strong> datos <\/strong>financieros que ha estado contribuyendo a medir luchas como las del impacto ambiental y las del impacto social que tienen las empresas, para desarrollar un esquema que permita a las compa\u00f1\u00edas conocer las herramientas y est\u00e1ndares que han de perseguir al momento de hablar y medir sus acciones en materia de equidad e inclusi\u00f3n. Esta herramienta lleva por nombre Measure Up.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Alan Murray, CEO de Fortune, explic\u00f3 a Digiday que Measure Up tiene tres objetivos fundamentales:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>1.-<\/strong> Definir y estandarizar las estad\u00edsticas que deben ser parte de un reporte tradicional dentro de las compa\u00f1\u00edas sobre estos temas\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>2.-<\/strong> Entregar una plataforma de datos para que esas estad\u00edsticas fueran reportadas<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>3.-<\/strong> Capitalizar la fuerza de los medios de Fortune para hacer p\u00fablico que empresas est\u00e1n reportando en esos rubros y qu\u00e9 empresas est\u00e1n incumpliendo\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Uno de los grandes motores para lograr que las compa\u00f1\u00edas se sumen a esta iniciativa se producir\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la lista de Fortune con las 500 empresas m\u00e1s valiosas del mundo, a las que invitar\u00e1 a compartir sus datos en la materia, lo que de no ocurrir representar\u00e1 una nota dentro del propio perfil de la empresa.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Desde ya se anticipa que este tipo de pr\u00e1cticas se extender\u00e1n a otros listados de Fortune para contribuir as\u00ed a que se construyan las condiciones de igualdad y equidad en las distintas
