A partir de entrevistas que realizaron Justin Joy y Natalie Zmuda, del equipo de marketing de Google, a ejecutivos de empresas como Sephora, Starcom y Caras, conoce algunas de las principales preguntas que t\u00fa y tu empresa deben formularse\u2026 y ser capaces de responder:<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><b>1.- \u00bfEstoy enfocado en las m\u00e9tricas correctas?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">La actualidad es m\u00f3vil. Por lo tanto, la gente utiliza cada vez m\u00e1s sus tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes en nuevas maneras: para tomar decisiones, aprender algo nuevo o completar alguna tarea. Mary Beth Laughton, vicepresidente digital en Sephora, recomienda medir el tr\u00e1fico m\u00f3vil por separado al tr\u00e1fico de escritorio y generar estrategias apropiadas para cada plataforma.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><b>2.- \u00bfMis planes de medios me permiten reaccionar al sentir de mis clientes?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">De acuerdo a Justine Bloome, de Cara USA, los mercad\u00f3logos deben pensar en \u201cuna mentalidad siempre activa\u201d y en \u201cresponder en tiempo real y reaccionar a las intenciones y se\u00f1ales que recibimos de nuestra audiencia. Esto nos invita a una planeaci\u00f3n de experiencias y no solo de medios\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><b>3.- \u00bfTengo un portafolio de activos para las necesidades inmediatas y de largo plazo?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Este a\u00f1o, debemos tomar una visi\u00f3n hol\u00edstica del viaje del cliente y crear una serie de elementos que encajen el mensaje correcto en el tiempo adecuado. Esto debe incluir los momentos en los que el cliente est\u00e1 decidido a comprar algo, pero tambi\u00e9n aquellos en los que este solo busca informarse de alg\u00fan tema.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><b>4.- \u00bfEstoy planeando para video en l\u00ednea?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Hemos hablado a fondo de la importancia del video para el marketing de contenidos. Para 2017, hay que planear una estrategia de TV en paralelo a los medios en l\u00ednea. Investigadores en Estados Unidos descubrieron que las transmisoras podr\u00edan haber alcanzado 56% m\u00e1s de la audiencia entre 18 y 49 a\u00f1os agregando un canal de YouTube a su oferta habitual.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\"><b>5.- \u00bfEstamos creando primero para m\u00f3vil?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Esta tendencia puede ser la m\u00e1s obvia, ya que el crecimiento de las plataformas m\u00f3viles viene en aumento desde una d\u00e9cada atr\u00e1s. Pero no solo es el dispositivo en el que se conectan los usuarios. La estrategia debe centrarse en el cliente, creando interacciones y experiencias para ese entorno. Wouter Blok, de Sprint, recomienda que durante 2017 toda la organizaci\u00f3n juegue un papel en m\u00f3vil, no solo unas cuantas
