It is essential to be able to learn the new business models by using the Internet. Access to technology has been a revolution in almost all markets and industries. We will get to know the challenges of the new consumer and new employee, what the new digital professions that did not exist before are, and how we should look for this new talent.
We will talk about new ways of recruiting, LinkedIn strategies and employer branding.
Change management
Design a plan for the digital transformation of talent through career development plans, by identifying the needs of business, talent and tools. We will learn about People Analytics and how we measure this talent development. We will understand how to make a career plan and the best practices that this entails.
Talent management
In this module we will cover new ways to manage talent. In an increasingly globalized world, it is important to have a strategy which pays special attention to diversity, equality, etc. We will discover selection strategies through social media and we will explain how the entry of social network enterprises and the new communication models and community generation is resulting in greater value to an audience where relationships are becoming democratized.

Based on tools of innovation, it is possible to redesign the talent journey in the organization through processes of divergence and convergence. From attraction and selection, to management and commitment.
Leadership and innovation
The new reality of the digital economy is also demanding new ways of managing and directing people from management profiles. In this module we will talk about innovation and technologies applied to human resources processes such as Blockchain, Chatbors, Machine Learning among others.
Backbone Project
A practical project that you will not find in any other business school, involving the digitization of a company. A real experience of tutored group work, which applies the knowledge acquired using agile methodologies and collaborative tools.
The students will work on a challenge which involves the transformation of a company in order to ingrain the learning taught in the theoretical classes, test a different work model and acquire a methodology to create innovative teams.

We offer different financing agreements with banks such as Banco Sabadell México and institutions such as Talento en Marcha. These agreements have preferential conditions for ISDI applicants. In order to benefit from these agreements, you must meet the requirements of the financial institution and have previously received your admission to the program at ISDI.

Admissions process
Admission process for the DTEX
In these 5 steps we will outline the requirements necessary to be able to access the program that will change your professional career.
After reviewing your CV / Linkedin Profile, we will invite you to have a chat with us - either by phone or in person - in which you will receive personalized advice from our Admissions Manager.
In this first meeting, we will learn about your professional profile and what your post-program goals are. We will answer all your questions regarding the content of the program, learning methodology, your future colleagues, and financing methods. At ISDI, you will have the opportunity to discover our facilities, the Work Space available to students, the program team and our ISDIness culture and essence.
We will also invite you to an Info Session, Open Day or event that will take place soon.
Before your interview, in order to validate your profile, we will need you to send us the following information through our Pre-interview form, such as:
- Your updated CV/Linkedin profile
- RFC
- CURP
- Professional experience
- Academic data
Among other information that will help us continue with your process.
Once your doubts have been resolved, we will coordinate an admission interview with a member of the Admissions Committee. We are looking forward to learning more about your academic and professional profile, but also your personality and values.
The interview, which may also be by telephone, is an essential requirement in the process.
After conducting the admission interview, the other members of the Admissions Committee will assess your candidacy along with the feedback from the person who has met you.
In a period of between 3 and 7 days, we will notify you with the result of the process.
If the result is positive we will let you know how to make the payment to reserve your place and enroll in the program.
From that moment you will be part of the ISDI Ecosystem. We will inform you of talks and events that you can attend before starting classes in order to meet your future classmates and get in contact with the digital world.
