Alguien dice \u201ctenemos que meter IA\u201d. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Otro habla de datos.Otro menciona no s\u00e9 qu\u00e9 de automatizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nadie se opone.Nadie lo aterriza. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Y as\u00ed seguimos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1 en un momento curioso: el talento es bueno, las empresas quieren moverse, pero hay un gap bastante evidente entre <\/span><b>hablar de digital<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y <\/span><b>operar en digital<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Seg\u00fan distintos informes de empleo, los perfiles h\u00edbridos \u2014negocio + tecnolog\u00eda + data\u2014 son los m\u00e1s demandados, pero tambi\u00e9n los m\u00e1s escasos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ah\u00ed es donde pasan cosas interesantes. Y ah\u00ed es exactamente donde entra la <\/span><b>Digital Business Week en Madrid<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Una semana que no va de aprender m\u00e1s, sino de entender mejor<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Del 29 de junio al 3 de julio de 2026, ISDI plantea algo que no es tan habitual como parece: parar cinco d\u00edas para mirar el negocio con otras gafas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No desde la teor\u00eda. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No desde el hype. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Desde dentro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Porque lo que ocurre aqu\u00ed no es tanto \u201cte ense\u00f1amos IA\u201d como: <\/span><b>te ense\u00f1amos a pensar qu\u00e9 hacer con ella cuando tienes un negocio delante.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Y eso, en 2026, es otra liga.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Lo que pasa cuando juntas IA, negocio y gente que ya est\u00e1 dentro<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Durante esa semana se cruzan varias capas que normalmente no coinciden:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Profesionales que est\u00e1n tomando decisiones reales en empresas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alumnos que ya est\u00e1n cursando m\u00e1sters en negocio digital y data<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Expertos que trabajan con tecnolog\u00eda aplicada, no conceptual<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El resultado no es una clase. Es una conversaci\u00f3n constante sobre lo que est\u00e1 pasando ahora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Por ejemplo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cuando se habla de <\/span><b>Agentic Commerce<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, no se queda en la definici\u00f3n. Se discute qu\u00e9 significa cuando el cliente deja de \u201cbuscar\u201d y pasa a \u201cdelegar decisiones\u201d en agentes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cuando aparece la <\/span><b>IA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, no se queda en herramientas. Se baja a producto: c\u00f3mo prototipas, c\u00f3mo validas, qu\u00e9 automatizas y qu\u00e9 no.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cuando se habla de <\/span><b>data<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, se entra en el problema real: por qu\u00e9 tantas empresas dicen ser data-driven\u2026 y no lo son.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No hay distancia entre contenido y realidad. Esa es la diferencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>El problema no es la tecnolog\u00eda (nunca lo fue)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En Espa\u00f1a, muchas compa\u00f1\u00edas ya tienen acceso a tecnolog\u00eda suficiente para competir. APIs, herramientas de IA, plataformas de datos\u2026 no es eso lo que falta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lo que falta suele ser otra cosa:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Criterio para decidir<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Visi\u00f3n para conectar piezas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Capacidad para traducir tecnolog\u00eda en negocio<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Por eso, el programa no se organiza como asignaturas aisladas, sino como un mapa:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">IA, producto, estrategia, tecnolog\u00eda y cultura no van por separado. Van juntas, como ocurre fuera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Y en medio aparece algo clave: <\/span><b>el contexto. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entender por qu\u00e9 algo importa, no solo c\u00f3mo funciona.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Una agenda que se parece bastante a c\u00f3mo es el mundo real: exigente<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No es una semana c\u00f3moda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hay sesiones sobre bases de IA y AGI, s\u00ed. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pero tambi\u00e9n hay prototipado con IA. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hay tecnolog\u00eda aplicada (IoT, edge, APIs), pero tambi\u00e9n estrategia, prop\u00f3sito y creaci\u00f3n de valor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Y luego pasa algo interesante: cuando crees que ya tienes suficiente input\u2026 aparece un workshop de Lego Serious Play.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No como din\u00e1mica divertida sin m\u00e1s, sino como excusa para trabajar cosas que en Espa\u00f1a siguen siendo asignaturas pendientes en muchos equipos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">c\u00f3mo pensar en grupo<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">c\u00f3mo construir ideas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">c\u00f3mo facilitar conversaciones complejas<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Porque s\u00ed, la transformaci\u00f3n digital tambi\u00e9n va de eso.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Lo que te llevas no es un certificado, es una forma distinta de leer lo que pasa<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Una de las cosas que m\u00e1s cambia despu\u00e9s de una experiencia as\u00ed no es lo que sabes, sino c\u00f3mo interpretas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De repente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entiendes por qu\u00e9 ciertos modelos de negocio est\u00e1n saltando por los aires<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Puedes detectar qu\u00e9 parte de la IA es ruido y cu\u00e1l es oportunidad real<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ves el marketing como un sistema tecnol\u00f3gico, no como campa\u00f1as sueltas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Empiezas a conectar estrategia, datos y producto sin forzar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Y eso, en un mercado laboral como el espa\u00f1ol, tiene impacto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Porque cada vez m\u00e1s empresas buscan perfiles que no solo ejecuten, sino que <\/span><b>entiendan hacia d\u00f3nde va el negocio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Las becas: una puerta de entrada (y bastante realista)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aqu\u00ed viene la parte pragm\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">S\u00ed, existen becas. Y s\u00ed, son relevantes: hasta un <\/span><b>50% del programa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pero m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del titular, lo interesante es c\u00f3mo se asignan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No es solo una cuesti\u00f3n de expediente o cargo. Se busca algo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de medir: potencial. Gente que est\u00e9 en ese punto en el que sabe que necesita cambiar de marco mental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hay dos v\u00edas claras:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">perfil acad\u00e9mico y profesional<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">early bird (que, siendo honestos, suele marcar la diferencia porque las plazas son limitadas)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En Espa\u00f1a estamos bastante acostumbrados a decidir tarde. Aqu\u00ed no ayuda.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>El detalle que cambia la experiencia: el ecosistema<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Podr\u00edas consumir estos contenidos online, en v\u00eddeos, art\u00edculos, hilos de LinkedIn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pero no ser\u00eda lo mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Porque lo que realmente cambia la experiencia es el entorno:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Est\u00e1s en una escuela donde conviven perfiles de negocio, data y tecnolog\u00eda<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hablas con gente que est\u00e1 unos pasos por delante<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ves de cerca hacia d\u00f3nde podr\u00edas moverte<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Y eso acelera mucho m\u00e1s que cualquier contenido.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Entonces, \u00bfmerece la pena parar una semana?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Depende .Si est\u00e1s c\u00f3modo entendiendo el negocio como hace cinco a\u00f1os, probablemente no.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si sientes que todo est\u00e1 cambiando demasiado r\u00e1pido y que te falta estructura para ordenarlo\u2026 entonces s\u00ed tiene bastante sentido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No porque vayas a salir \u201csabiendo todo\u201d. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sino porque sales sabiendo <\/span><b>c\u00f3mo pensar lo que viene<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Y eso, ahora mismo, vale bastante m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"cta-blog-box\"><div class=\"cta-copy\">Ap\u00fantate a la semana que cambiar\u00e1 el rumbo de tu carrera profesional<\/div>    <div style=\"width: auto;
