En 2025, sin embargo, esta afirmaci\u00f3n ha adquirido una nueva dimensi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nunca hab\u00eda habido tanto conocimiento disponible sobre digital, datos o inteligencia artificial. Y aun as\u00ed, muchas organizaciones siguen sin conseguir resultados tangibles. De hecho, distintos estudios estiman que <\/span><b>hasta el 70 % de los proyectos de transformaci\u00f3n digital no alcanzan sus objetivos clave<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, generando p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas significativas por inversiones que no se traducen en impacto real<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Este dato obliga a replantear una idea muy extendida: <\/span><b>no basta con definir una estrategia digital ni con invertir en herramientas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El verdadero desaf\u00edo est\u00e1 en <\/span><b>c\u00f3mo se ejecuta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, c\u00f3mo se alinean personas y procesos, y c\u00f3mo se prepara a los equipos para operar en un entorno que cambia de forma constante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La pregunta ya no es qu\u00e9 hay que hacer. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La pregunta es <\/span><b>por qu\u00e9 cuesta tanto hacerlo bien<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>El falso consenso digital<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Uno de los fen\u00f3menos m\u00e1s llamativos del \u00faltimo a\u00f1o es el \u201cfalso consenso digital\u201d. En muchas empresas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">todos est\u00e1n de acuerdo en que hay que ser <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">data-driven<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">todos hablan de automatizaci\u00f3n,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">todos afirman apostar por la IA.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pero cuando bajamos al d\u00eda a d\u00eda, aparecen los bloqueos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">decisiones que siguen tom\u00e1ndose por intuici\u00f3n,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">datos que existen, pero no se utilizan,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">equipos saturados de herramientas sin un modelo claro de uso.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La brecha no est\u00e1 en la visi\u00f3n. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Est\u00e1 en la <\/span><b>capacidad de ejecuci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Ejecutar en digital es una competencia<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ejecutar bien en entornos digitales no es una cuesti\u00f3n de actitud ni de motivaci\u00f3n. Es una <\/span><b>competencia profesional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que se aprende y se entrena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Implica saber:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">priorizar en contextos de incertidumbre,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">traducir estrategia en acciones medibles,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">coordinar perfiles diversos (tecnolog\u00eda, negocio, marketing, datos),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">y ajustar con rapidez cuando algo no funciona.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aqu\u00ed es donde muchos profesionales descubren que su experiencia previa ya no es suficiente. No porque no dominen su \u00e1rea, sino porque el contexto ha cambiado: la complejidad es mayor, el margen de error es menor y la velocidad de decisi\u00f3n es cr\u00edtica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Data y marketing: del discurso a la pr\u00e1ctica<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El \u00e1mbito del marketing ilustra bien este problema. Tras el fin de las cookies y el auge de la IA, el discurso est\u00e1 claro: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">first-party data<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, personalizaci\u00f3n, automatizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La pr\u00e1ctica, sin embargo, es mucho m\u00e1s compleja:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">datos fragmentados en distintos sistemas,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">equipos que no comparten un lenguaje com\u00fan,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">decisiones basadas en <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dashboards<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> que nadie cuestiona ni contextualiza.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ejecutar bien exige profesionales capaces de entender <\/span><b>tanto la l\u00f3gica del dato como la del negocio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Y ese tipo de perfil no se improvisa ni se adquiere \u00fanicamente aprendiendo una herramienta.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>El coste de NO ejecutar bien<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Una ejecuci\u00f3n deficiente no solo genera frustraci\u00f3n interna o inversiones poco rentables.
