Driving Innovation through uncertain times\u201d, dirigida por Balvinder Powar, Partner en BOOSTER Space y Aertron, adem\u00e1s de profesor de ISDI. Un momento de reflexi\u00f3n y de conversaci\u00f3n para aprender a aprovechar las situaciones de incertidumbre con creatividad e innovaci\u00f3n, un encuentro en el que, el propio Balvinder, apel\u00f3 a nuestra responsabilidad personal para ser parte del cambio que nos demanda esta crisis. Una oportunidad para aprender a pensar de forma disruptiva y convertirnos en game\u00a0changers frente al coronavirus, una sesi\u00f3n pensada para ayudarnos a cambiar el mindset y el de nuestros propios equipos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEst\u00e1is preparados para el cambio?<\/p>\n<p>Cuando uno habla de innovaci\u00f3n, la mayor\u00eda de la gente piensa en tecnolog\u00eda, pero en realidad pocas personas la mencionan como herramienta clave en los momentos m\u00e1s importantes de nuestra historia. Soft skills como la empat\u00eda, la excelencia, la paciencia o incluso la curiosidad han sido siempre las verdaderas palancas de cambio y la tecnolog\u00eda esa amalgama que nos un\u00eda y nos acercaba para poder unir fuerzas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 soft skills es uno de los conceptos m\u00e1s repetidos en estas sesiones? <\/strong>Porque son estas habilidades y no las t\u00e9cnicas las que nos ayudar\u00e1n a llegar al \u00e9xito, y porque se trata de esa parte m\u00e1s humana que las m\u00e1quinas no son capaces de replicar.\u00a0La inteligencia humana y emocional, los sentimientos, la creatividad, la espiritualidad o el liderazgo son el tipo de cualidades que necesitamos para el futuro, las habilidades extrahumanas, lo que las m\u00e1quinas ser\u00e1n incapaces de hacer por nosotros.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Las habilidades extrahumanas, las que las m\u00e1quinas no son capaces de hacer, son lo importante<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Son precisamente estas habilidades las que tambi\u00e9n nos ayudar\u00e1n a la hora de encontrar una innovaci\u00f3n disruptiva, a la hora de discernir cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 la activaci\u00f3n que cambiar\u00e1 el mundo. Como se\u00f1ala Balvinder, la clave ser\u00e1 siempre fijarse en el mercado, pensar y atacarlo de una forma diferente. Es cierto que, al inicio, una innovaci\u00f3n disruptiva ofrecer\u00e1 menos prestaciones de lo que estamos acostumbrados, \u201cpero tambi\u00e9n florecer\u00e1 en el mercado de una manera diferente\u201d.\u00a0En estos momentos, o en cualquier situaci\u00f3n que necesitemos una idea innovadora, tendremos que aprender a encontrar mercados nuevos, competir contra el no-consumidor, intentar dar un servicio inexistente, conseguir soluciones sencillas y de impacto, porque ser\u00e1 el \u00fanico camino que nos har\u00e1 diferenciarnos.<\/p>\n<p>En un mundo VUCA (Volatile-Uncertain-Complex-Ambigous) como el actual hay que centrarse en hacer las cosas de verdad, en construir y generar confianza, en trabajar hoy en c\u00f3mo te ver\u00e1n ma\u00f1ana.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>El 70% del trabajo de un CEO es construir la confianza de su comunidad<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>La crisis originada por el virus Covid-19 es, a la vez, una oportunidad. Como nos recordaba ayer Balvinder, muchos hablan de que nos acercamos ya a la quinta Revoluci\u00f3n Industrial, una revoluci\u00f3n sostenible donde se conectar\u00e1n innovaci\u00f3n, prop\u00f3sito e inclusi\u00f3n. Una revoluci\u00f3n en la que la gente valorar\u00e1 m\u00e1s el concepto, la cultura detr\u00e1s de las decisiones y el impacto.
