  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of marketing technologies around CRM solutions to improve comprehensive customer management.
  • Understanding of the platform architecture that is needed to build a correct and scalable business structure with a specific focus on automation.
  • Addressing the keys of event-based marketing, always considering the importance of data analysis and channel orchestration that allow for definition of touchpoints with the customer to design memorable experiences.

  • Study and analysis of paid and organic media. Importance of omnichannel and multiplatform presence, inbound marketing and lead management.

< Digitalization Project >

Group work tutored by working with a real collaborating company that is offering up its business reality so that students can develop a business, strategy and marketing plan based on automation and analytical technologies. A real experience that applies the knowledge acquired using agile methodologies and collaborative tools.

Project Details

MMA509
Knowledge is only efficiently integrated when the student applies it in the transformation of a real business. In the MMA this is done in the Digitization Project, the digital transformation of a collaborating company that offers up its business reality so that the students can apply the digitization project of their business.

  • Group work using agile methodologies with a dedicated tutor.
  • The Digitization Project will be tutored by experts who meet with groups of students every 3 weeks and accompany and guide the evolution of the project, which is presented to the owners of the companies and to a panel of teachers at the end of the Master's degree.
  • Throughout this process, the groups grow and develop with the help of tutors and high-performance coaches in the use of agile methodologies and tools.

Objectives:

  • Transmit the innovation and practicality of the product. Looking for improvement in the KPIs that are identified.
  • Develop the opportunities detected by the Data, creating the Data set, proposing the product development strategy with a focus on omnichannel and the 360 ​​customer vision for marketing automation.
  • Develop a content strategy for the identified target, seeking to maximize Automation to achieve the identified objectives.
  • Develop drive to store actions or product test invitations in store.
  • Elaborate and operate the Automated Campaigns, the Customer Journeys according to the strategy, funnel and action plan.

Some Agile methodology concepts included in the core: 

  • Sprint by Area and Deliverables: The project is divided into small parts with specific objectives (deliverables) that are worked on in closed periods of time (sprints) iteratively. In each deliverable, the progress is presented to a panel whose comments serve as the basis for the next iteration, improving the integral product. The final deliverable is a magical moment in which the entire digitization project is presented to a panel and to the business owners.
  • High Performance Teams: Generation of work dynamics to maximize the skills of each member of the group and the productivity of the team. It is optimized with the help of a high performance coach who facilitates the rituals so that the team works efficiently.
  • Product Owners: It is the ISDI tutor assigned to each of the groups who acts as a beacon, guide and mirror of the work carried out. They don’t give answers, but they help to ask the questions.
  • Digital Tools: Trello, Slack, Canvas, G-Suite, Mural ... Tools to improve communication and workflow in a highly demanding and remote digital work environment

< The first step >

The first step to begin the admissions process is to complete the application with the requested information. Our admissions team will contact you as soon as possible to answer any questions you may have. The selection process for master’s programs at ISDI is key, and our Admissions Department will accompany you every step of the way.

After reviewing your CV/LinkedIn profile, we will invite you to have a chat with us so that we can get a grasp of where you are in your career and your goals. We will answer your questions about the program content, learning methodology, your future colleagues, and financial aid options. You will have the chance to discover our facilities, the program team, and our culture. We will also invite you to an Info Session, Open Day, or event.

Before your interview, in order to validate your profile, we will need you to send us the following information through our Pre-interview form, such as:

Among other information that will help us continue with your process.

Once we have answered your questions, we will schedule an admissions interview with a member of the Admissions Committee. We are looking forward to learning more about your academic and professional profile as well as your personality and values.

After the admissions interview, the rest of the members of the Admissions Committee will evaluate your application together with the feedback from the person who met you.

In three to seven days, we will inform you of our decision.
