  • Overview of the possibilities that the Internet and the digital ecosystem provide for companies of any size and sector.
  • Introduction to the use of different methodologies to develop business models, as well as techniques and tools for project management.
  • Holistic understanding of the change experienced by the market and the offline and online consumer. The approach to the possibilities offered by the new environment.
  • Strategic perspective for the digital go-to-market with a comprehensive and remarkably practical journey through the fundamentals and tools of marketing, consumer journey and customer management, as well as its application in the digital environment.

Innovation, Design Thinking y Lean:

MIB 5002

  • Key principles and methodologies of the Human Centered Innovation process, which are covered in a practical way through workshops. Basic areas of the innovation model are also experimented with.
  • Design Research (phase of exploration of the problems to be solved).
  • Creative problem solving (to solve the challenges posed in the exploration phase).
  • Concept evaluation through the use of design and prototyping tools.

Digital Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain:


  • Approach to technology as a key piece of digital strategic development. Both its operation and its implications on business are explained. Ways to unleash its full potential and turn it into a competitive advantage for our company.
  • Operating bases of digital technology. Possibilities and limitations.
  • Study of the different technical and human aspects to consider in order to build solid and flexible applications and digital assets.
  • Resolution of all the questions that go through the students' heads: What options and tools do I have at my disposal? Are there software products that I can use? What is a SaaS and what is it for? What profiles make up a digital project team? How can I put Google Maps on my website? Why are companies migrating to the cloud? Should mine do it? Is it true that the cloud is less secure? What is an API? What is web scraping? And the bots? What are the strategies of large digital companies? How did they get where they are? What is a platform? What are network effects?
  • Study of the greatest technological innovations of our time. We delve deeper into the most actionable ones; those that the student can use starting now in their day to day, to invent or improve existing processes or businesses.
  • Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Blockchain, 5G with the support of practical cases that show their uses in companies.
  • Closure of the course with a hands-on task in which students will be able to create and train a Machine Learning model, configure an EC2 instance on AWS, and use Wordpress to create a website for their business or personal project.


Design, user interface, web, mobile and apps:


  • Design methodologies for an Internet service from start to finish: web design, definition and development stages, dynamics so that a service can be online with the greatest possible reliability and attractiveness for users and clients. Focus on mobile device interfaces.
  • Comprehensive and highly practical tour of the fundamentals and tools in mobility environments to understand their applications in the digital ecosystem and specifically, how the new multi-screen and hyper-connected user has changed the way of approaching this ecosystem.

Ecommerce, marketplaces and omnichannel:


  • Overview of sales models in digital channels.
  • Practical and applied approach to the main processes and activities necessary for the management of a successful electronic sales operation, either through its own ecommerce, marketplaces or omnichannel structures.
  • Fundamentals to structure an electronic commerce operation and its sales, operations, acquisition, retention and customer service processes.

Content and social networks:


  • Approach to the world of Digital Content from a conceptual and operational point of view, always keeping in mind that content is a very complex strategic asset to master and that it should be governed with a firm hand.
  • Development of a content strategy that allows content to be used as a key element of the marketing plan and ultimately, of the relationship with users.
  • Detailed analysis of the ecosystem of social networks and the deployment of interaction in different content formats with users and consumers, taking them into account as the main core of the digital strategy due to their undoubted membership and permanence in social networks.
  • Connection of brands with their existing and potential customers, to establish new value relationships. Specifically, there will be a special focus on the impact and business model of the main Social Medias: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Twitter, TikTok, etc. Knowledge of the methodologies and tools that allow them to manage themselves in this complex environment, with business criteria.

Digital channels: search engines, social and display


  • Study of business strategies based on different channels and digital media, especially search engines as the main gateway to content and services on the web, all from an eminently practical point of view, in which the student will learn the techniques necessary to develop digital advertising campaigns and how to position a brand, product or service on the web.
  • Approach to the universe of creativity with a purely digital focus on how to be heard and how to connect with the consumer. Students will be provided with a complete vision of advertising as a tool to achieve various objectives. For this, advertising is analyzed from both a strategic and a tactical perspective, developing the necessary knowledge to be able to propose concrete actions.
  • Definition of SEO / SEM strategies so that content and services are easily found by consumers.

  • Knowledge and analysis of information sources and the origin of the data they generate, to make decisions with which to size, monetize or market a brand, product or service.

Legal environment, ethics, entrepreneurship and digital transformation:


  • Addressing three key areas to acquire comprehensive knowledge about digital business: the legal environment in the digital world; creation of a business through entrepreneurship; and how organizations are adapting to the new digital age “transformation”.
  • Essential knowledge in the main legal areas that affect businesses, companies and people who operate and carry out their activity on the Internet.
  • Analysis of what it means to become an entrepreneur, the implications of creating a startup, the different business models and the forms of financing available.
  • Conceptualization and practice of what the transformation of companies in the digital age means, both from a business and organizational point of view, establishing guidelines and methodologies to address it and analyzing the new leadership profile that is required.

Studying at ISDI involves an investment in resources, both in terms of time and money, which is why you must plan well in advance. We offer students who have been admitted different financial aid packages and financing options to help them do the program they have selected.

We offer candidates different financial aid options through special agreements we have with banks. To benefit from them, you must meet the financial institution’s requirements and have previously been admitted to the program at ISDI.

Admissions process

Admissions process for the MIB program

In these six steps, we will explain the requirements for being admitted to the program that will change your professional career.

After reviewing your CV/LinkedIn profile, we will invite you to have a chat with us so that we can get a grasp of where you are in your career and your goals. We will answer your questions about the program content, learning methodology, your future colleagues, and financial aid options. You will have the chance to discover our facilities, the program team, and our culture. We will also invite you to an Info Session, Open Day, or event.

Before your interview, we will need you to send us the following information to validate your profile:

  • A motivation letter
  • A professional letter of recommendation (optional)
  • Updated CV/LinkedIn profile
  • Official university transcript
  • ID card or passport

Once we have answered your questions, we will schedule an admissions interview with a member of the Admissions Committee. We are looking forward to learning more about your academic and professional profile as well as your personality and values.

The interview, which can also be held over the phone, is a key requirement in the process.

After the admissions interview, the rest of the members of the Admissions Committee will evaluate your application together with the feedback from the person who met you.

In three to seven days, we will inform you of our decision.

If you are admitted, we will explain how to make the payment to reserve your spot and to enroll in the program.

At this point, you will become part of the ISDI Ecosystem. We will let you know about talks and events you can attend before starting your classes to get to know your future colleagues and to begin your contact with the digital world.
